Payment & Shipping
We currently offer PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods. You will soon be able to pay directly in the shop via Paypal (even without a Paypal account) with your credit card or by SEPA bank transfer.
Use the PayPal Express button for your order and payment. If you click on the PayPal Express button in the shopping cart, you will be taken directly to PayPal and you can use the payment and shipping data stored there for the purchase. So you don't have to type in your payment and shipping details again.
As a further payment method, we offer you prepayment by bank transfer. After you have received the order confirmation, you pay the total amount by transfer to our account.

After receipt of payment, your order will be placed and sent by us as soon as possible.
We ship our goods within Germany exclusively with insured and climate-neutral shipping by DHL GoGreen. Outside of Germany (in the EU) we also ship our boots with DHL, but our halters and ropes with Hermes. For inquiries from other countries, we are happy to calculate the shipping costs individually. If the goods are in stock, they are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. We will inform you about this by email.

If you combine several products in one order, you only pay the higher shipping costs once. For example, if you If you order a pair of boots and a halter, you pay € 5.99 shipping costs within Germany. If you return the goods, you pay the return costs. After receiving the flawless goods, we will refund you the purchase price including the shipping costs paid previously. This means that you only pay shipping costs once in the event of a return (in this case the return costs). If you want to exchange the shoes, we will be happy to send you your new size free of charge after the return. You are guaranteed to pay shipping costs only once, even if the shoes don't fit you straight away. In order to keep costs and time as low as possible, we would be happy to advise you on your size in advance. Just talk to us!
